Camp Curriculum

At Amica Camp at The George School, children and teens practice new social skills each week with age-appropriate activities. AMICA Camp runs on weekdays for eight consecutive weeks in the summer. The AMICA camp day runs from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Camp professionals know that all children—particularly first-time campers—may need a few days to adjust to the typical camp day. Because AMICA is designed to help children learn social skills that often improve over time, a minimum four-week enrollment is required to allow children to practice pro-social behavior and become accustomed to the camp routine. Our goal is to give all AMICA campers a successful camp experience, and social skills for life.
